The free plan includes 3 barcode scans per day, 1 AI recipe per day, basic AI assistant access, the grocery list, and the fasting timer. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Nouriva, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Since subscriptions are processed through Apple, refund requests are handled by the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund, or email us and we'll help guide you through the process.
Yes. Nouriva integrates with Apple HealthKit to sync activity data and adjust your calorie targets based on how active you are. Enable it in Settings > Health Integration.
Barcode scans pull from verified nutrition databases with over 2 million products. Photo estimates are AI-powered approximations — they're great for tracking trends but may vary for complex dishes. You can always edit entries manually.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also email us at support@nouriva.ai and we'll handle it for you.

Photo logging not working

Make sure Nouriva has camera access enabled in Settings > Privacy > Camera. Try restarting the app if the issue persists.

Data not syncing

Check your internet connection and make sure you're signed into your account. Pull down on the main screen to force a sync.

Missing notifications

Enable notifications in Settings > Notifications > Nouriva. Also check that Focus mode isn't blocking alerts.
